Who can apply for field testing?

Adult persons with a residence in Slovenia can apply for participating in a field test project. An application requires to be registered on this portal.

Following categories of persons are excluded from participating in this portal:

• Employees and commissioners of business partners of BSH Hišni aparati d.o.o. Nazarje and its associated companies
• Officials (politicians, journalists of public service broadcasters etc.)

Legal persons such as companies and associations are also excluded.

 

How do I get selected as a testing household?

At the beginning of a field testing project a target group is defined by the development team. Within this target group the appliances should be tested. Candidates for the project will be selected according to the objective criteria in accordance with the target group.

 

Can I apply for special appliances?

You can apply for different appliance categories. If you were selected for a field test project, a specific appliance or a selection of appliances will be offered to you.

 

How often will I be interviewed during the field testing project?

During the field test project participants commit to participate in all surveys. The surveys are usually carried out online; however telephone interviews and visits may be necessary.

The survey systematic differs from device to device, usually the following surveys can be expected within a field test project:
1.Start survey after 2 - 4 weeks
2.Main survey after 3 - 6 Months
3.Regular intermediate surveys
4.End survey at the end of trial

 

How long can I test the device?

The testing time is up to 3 years. After that period is necessarry to return the appliance.

 

Do I have to buy the testing device?

No, the devices are made available free of charge to the testing household for the testing period.

 

Can I keep the field test appliance after the test project ended?

Generally the appliances have to be returned to BSH after the field test project ended. Under certain circumstances, BSH can sell the appliance to the  household at the end of the field test project.
