The aim of the testing

The aim of the testing is to test future products under realistic conditions and to obtain feedback on the performance characteristics and capabilities of the products.

At the same time data about the use of the appliances is generated. This data is important e.g. for the construction of life tests. For this purpose data logger can be used. Data logger submit data about the use of the devices to BSH. About if and in what form data loggers are used we inform the testers in detail.

The Field Test Profess

After you registered on this portal we will send you a general initial questionnaire, as well as one or more initial questionnaires for the appliance categories you have selected. You are then included in our field test the pool of applicants.

If BSH is launching a new field testing project, then we select participants on the basis of different characteristics from the pool of applicants for this project. The selected participant then will be contacted and a field test contract will be sent out. After the successful completion of the contract, the field tester will receive a field test device. At regular intervals we will ask for feedback e.g. about the experience with the device.

If a field test project ends, BSH takes back the appliance or offers it to the tester.
